Completed afternoon vitals check. Blood pressure is 128/82 (improved from this morning), oxygen saturation at 97%. Margaret reports feeling much better after her afternoon nap. No signs of swelling in ankles today.

Mom had a great lunch today! She ate all of her grilled chicken salad and drank a full glass of water. She's been asking about the grandkids and seems to be in really good spirits. Planning to show her photos from Emma's recital tonight.

All morning medications given at 9:00 AM as scheduled. Metformin 500mg, Lisinopril 10mg, and Atorvastatin 20mg all taken with breakfast without issues. No adverse reactions noted.

Started the day with morning exercises. Margaret completed all 10 seated exercises from the PT plan. She's moving much better today than yesterday - noticed significant improvement in shoulder range of motion. Great progress!

Completed telehealth check-in. Overall health is stable. BP trending in the right direction with current medication regimen. Discussed slight adjustment to diuretic timing - recommend taking Furosemide at 10 AM instead of evening to reduce nighttime bathroom trips. Will follow up in 2 weeks.

Mom seemed a bit down this evening. She was quieter than usual at dinner and mentioned missing Dad. Spent some time looking through old photo albums together, which seemed to lift her spirits. She went to bed with a smile after our chat about the family reunion plans.
