What does the $899 migration fee cover?
White-glove onboarding: data migration planning and execution from your current EHR (demographics, clinical history, billing data), platform configuration — clinical data, operations, billing, forms, scheduling — and role-based training for your team. Charged once, on your first invoice.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month subscriptions. We earn your practice every month — not through auto-renewing multi-year agreements or percentage-of-collections pricing that grows with your revenue.
What counts as a clinician?
A licensed provider with a full clinical seat — charting, prescribing workflows, scheduling, and AI documentation. Administrative and support staff accounts are included with every plan at no extra charge.
What if we grow past 3 clinicians?
